Upadesamrta Training Program – 2026

Exploring the timeless teachings of Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī through the tradition of Śrīla Prabhupāda.

Program Overview

Upadeśāmṛta (“The Nectar of Instruction”) is a classical work composed of eleven concise verses that present a progressive path of spiritual maturity.

In this program, we will explore the essential principles taught by Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī and presented in the edition translated by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda.

These teachings address key aspects of spiritual life, including:

  • Self-discipline
  • Spiritual clarity and discernment
  • Devotional relationships
  • The influence of environment
  • Faith in the Holy Name
  • Direction of desire
  • Humility and higher aspiration

This is not an academic study, but a formative journey that encourages participants to integrate these principles into daily life.

The program aims to help participants:

  • Develop conscious self-regulation
  • Refine spiritual discernment
  • Strengthen relational maturity
  • Cultivate inner responsibility
  • Direct the heart with clarity

Methodology

Each session includes:

  • Reading and reflection on one verse
  • Structured presentation of the central principle
  • Guided dialogue with participants
  • Practical application for the following month

The emphasis is not on spiritual performance, but on gradual maturation of consciousness.
